We spent a few days in different dealerships and everywhere I felt very uncomfortable and didn't want to go back to.. so in the morning I was talking to my friend about our experience in other dealerships and cars and her husband suggested us to go to Lindsay Volkswagen (they bought their car there and they were very satisfied for the quality and the price) I went online and when I saw the prices - we just got up and drove there because German cars are the best and the price were very appealing, I couldn't believe my eyes! So we spent there a few hours choosing a car, and our sales person was Raj (Rajesh Mishra) and the Finance Director - Larry Schiro and they were so polite and were showing and explaining everything with patience. And when finally I found the car that talked to me, we took it right away! Raj was doing everything so we can get what we really need, want to and simply feel good and taken care of!!! Plus they have very good variety of coffee/hot chocolate etc.. -it is very important when you are spending long time choosing a car :) And all the staff was so polite and they were smiling not because they need to but because they were happy to see you around - this small things make you feel comfortable, happy and satisfied!!! Thanks to Raj and Larry!! So if you really want to buy a good car with a good service- just go there and they will help you out! I will definitely go only there next time I need a car!!! More

Customer service for the long haul! Buying a car is always very important decision. It can affect your entire daily life. I first went into Lindsay to test drive Golf over a year ago. I Buying a car is always very important decision. It can affect your entire daily life. I first went into Lindsay to test drive Golf over a year ago. I was looking for a second car, and I had the pleasure of working with Sridar. He carefully told me about the car, current options and models, and we went on a stress-free test drive. Long story short, our circumstances changed and we ended up keeping just one car for the entirety of the year. In that time Sridar would occasionally check in to see how my wife and I were doing, and was never intrusive or pushy. I let him know our time table, and eventually we were ready to buy! When we did go in, we ended up buying a Jetta because it fit our budget. We were never pressured or up-sold on options we didn't need, and when we were signing our paper work, our finacial officer merely gave us a rundown of options we could purchase. This was easily the easiest car purchase I have made, and would like to thank Sri and the whole Lindsay staff for making it possible! More

Pleasant and Efficient I purchased my new 2017 VW GTI through VW's Partner Program, which has a fixed price. Having said that, nothing about my experience indicated that this is a dealership that will give you the run around if you are buying in a more conventional way. They also have some of the best prices in the area I've seen on all models. The dealership itself is clean, well organized, and comfortable while you wait. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, pleasant, and professional. Joshua, specifically, deserves the highest commendation for helping me through the process. Much of our communication was done via e-mail and he was very prompt in all responses. He is knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. It's clear he does far more than the bare minimum at the job and he really has a passion for the brand. The service and experience at Lindsay and from Joshua was excellent and I will certainly be back for future purchases. More

He answered all of our questions and off we went for a test drive. He made the purchase of the alltrack easy. Prior to the purchase we did have a few questions concerning the car and the deal. Friendly, honest and no pressure buying experience! I recently purchased a 2017 VW Golf S at Lindsay VW, and I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I'd been hesitant to purchase ne I recently purchased a 2017 VW Golf S at Lindsay VW, and I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I'd been hesitant to purchase new from a dealer as opposed to shopping at a no-haggle used business which I'd done many years ago, and it was Lindsay's very high review average that first attracted me to them. When the right car and color combo became available at a very discounted price around the model year end, I decided to bite the bullet and go in for a test drive. I filled out the form online first and was soon contacted by Crystal. We spoke over the phone and the expected final price she gave me ended up being the honest price I was presented at the dealership later that afternoon when I decided to purchase. Everyone was polite and professional, and I didn't feel hassled or made to wait or any of the other kinds of tricks and horror stories that people often report when working with a dealership. Their appraisal of my trade-in was fair and close enough to the estimated KBB value that I was ready to proceed. Again, I wasn't made to wait around as the appraisal was done quickly, and no one tried to use that interval to push me toward a more expensive model, to add any unwanted features or any of those kinds of things. Josh in finance also polite and professional and took his time walking me through all of the paperwork, including explaining a couple of items to me a second time when I needed clarification. Naturally there are myriad maintenance or care packages presented, and because I didn't feel pressured beyond the original pitch, I actually did decide to add on a particular care package. Had I felt rushed in the decision then I might have passed on it, but this straightforward approach is what sold me. Josh also attended to the process of transferring my DC registration and zone parking permit before I even had to ask (or rather before I even knew that was something they could do) which was a pleasant surprise. There are several other VW dealers that are significantly closer to where I live and work, and I went with Lindsay because their reviews seemed so much better. I'm very happy to add this particular review and would recommend them to a friend for all the reasons above. Nice job, Lindsay crew. More
