Attempted frivolous charges and bad services I wish there is a ZERO star to describe my experience Lindsay VW service Dept. in Dulles, Virginia, I took my VW Jetta 2017 with 6.5k miles old for I wish there is a ZERO star to describe my experience Lindsay VW service Dept. in Dulles, Virginia, I took my VW Jetta 2017 with 6.5k miles old for Gas smell and averaging 22-24 miles/gallons on 60% highway travel. Although the car was 70% full. The service manager asked my wife totally fill the car with gas otherwise Lindsay VW will charge $4.00 per gallon, finally they called 2 hours later asking to approve out of pocket wheel alignment expense that MAY resolve the GAS issue and for the n gas smell issue, they don’t know what or where the smell comes from The answer is wheel alignment for a gas leak …… give me a break More

Bob Derby's reply stood out from the pack because he was straightforward and personal--not a generic mass email reply like I got from most other dealers. As I narrowed down my search he answered all my questions and walked me through the process of an out of state purchase. He was extremely transparent from the get go, informing me about their pricing and incentive programs/rebates available. We communicated frequently via email, phone, and text and he was always pleasant to deal with, never pushy, and prompt with his responses and follow-ups. I wouldn't have made a 700+ mile trip to purchase a new car if I didn't trust the people I was dealing with so, needless to say, everyone at Lindsay was great. Everything was done over the phone and via FedEx. Bob picked me up from my hotel the day I picked up the car and we took a test drive and he walked me through the various functions of the car. Easiest, least stressful car purchase I've ever made. I wish all dealers operated Like Lindsay and hired people like Bob. More

We love the family friendly atmosphere at Lindsay, their zero-pressure approach, and the fact that they listen to your needs and recommend a car that fits without trying to move you one or two trims up in price. Working with Mariya on the last 3 (a GTI and two Tiguans) has been an absolute delight. She brings an energy and enthusiasm to the process which is hard to find; she truly becomes a family friend more than a sales consultant. Even better, she is extremely knowledgeable in the entire VW line; by the time you test drive the model she recommends for you, the only real question is what color you want. Given the length of our association with Lindsay VW, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the service department. Once again, everyone we've worked with over the years has been friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely professional.
