Mr. Holloway, Thank you for the response. As a company, you should be responsible for your employee’s actions. Who took my deposit should not matter. I was given a Lindsay buyers order with the VIN of the vehicle. I just don’t understand how you sold the vehicle if it was already tagged and had a deposit. How did you account for the deposit money? The other thing that bothers me is the deceit in handling the issue. Your people knew the car that I originally selected had been sold. Then again on Friday, 02 Jun 2017, they lied again about the availability of the other vehicle. I wasted my time driving to your dealership twice last week.
