Great Experience with Bob Derby at Lindsay VW I went to Lindsay VW with idea of continuing my research on a new 2015 DTI Jetta that was recently released to sell. I met with Bob Derby at the showroom which by the way was beautiful. I told him what I was looking for and he was tremendously helpful. He quickly identified 3 vehicles that fit what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicle that best fit my search and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car, including the engine, the transmission and all the options the car possessed. We went on a test drive and Bob again impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle. With my prior research done, I knew that Bob knew what he was talking about. There was never any pressure placed on me to make a purchase. I was so impressed with the car and with Bob and his professional demeanor, I decided I was done doing research and I told him I wanted to move forward with buying the car. I can say that this was the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a new car!!!! More

In addition to this, he was very responsive and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He's the kind of salesmen you want to meet. Then Larry and Laura from the finance department worked hard to negotiate with the banks on my behalf so I could get the lowest APR and monthly payment possible. They were very receptive and listened to my financial needs. I was able to get a brand new 2017 Jetta even though I had a lot of negative equity all for a low price. I seriously thank the stars that Bob was the one who helped me. They're so considerate here and I'm truly thankful! More
