Best car purchasing experience I've ever had I stopped into Lindsay Volkswagen with my wife and young son on the spur of the moment late one Saturday and was greeted by Mariya. I had some vague i I stopped into Lindsay Volkswagen with my wife and young son on the spur of the moment late one Saturday and was greeted by Mariya. I had some vague ideas of the Golf I wanted, but was unfamiliar with the options available amongst the various trims. Mariya asked great questions about the features that were most important to me and after a few minutes, returned with the car of my dreams. Throughout the entire visit, Mariya was very conscientious and made sure that my family was content, offering chocolates and drinks. (She even rescued my son's toys after we realizes that he had left them behind after the dealership had closed.) Mariya offered detailed tutorials for the car's various features so that I left feeling comfortable with operating my new car. I am content with throwing out the manual and referring to Mariya for future questions. He helped me look at several possible choices, always low pressure and high patience, and when I finally decided on a replacement (Alltrack) and ordered it through him, he regularly updated me as to status of construction and delivery. This is my 5th car buying experience and this particular one was special because I was buying the car for my daughter. Simon (sales) was truly amazing about the whole process and took great care of everything and ensured the whole process went very smoothly. This was a used car and after couple of days, we noticed minor paint issues on the rear bumper and Simon took care of the problem immediately by ensuring that the entire bumper get a fresh coat of paint (not just the spot). His constant follow up and genuine care about the customer made us really satisfied. I highly recommend Linsday and Simon to anyone looking for VW purchase. More
