My first VW - it's a Tiguan I came to Lindsay VW to buy a Jetta. I met Sri and he was very helpful to show, explain various features as well as identify the car that will eventua I came to Lindsay VW to buy a Jetta. When I was ready to make a purchase, I called my wife who came and disapproved Jetta buy citing various reasons. we didn't make a purchase of the first visit. Sri who patiently listened to all of my wife's concerns, reached back to us in November and suggested to test drive Tiguan and Toureg. After test drive, evaluating all features,Based on our needs, we narrowed down on Tiguan. Once we identified the vehicle, it took less than to 1 hour to proudly drive our Tiguan. I would recommend to go to Lindsay and ask for Sri who made our experience absolutely great - people who have had cumbersome experience at other dealerships will definitely understand what I mean here. More

I was in the market for a very specific build of 2017 VW GTI. On cars(dot)com, I saw the Lindsay VW price was thousands below anyone's for the same build. I reached out via email with a very simple question: "How can your price be so much lower than others dealers on the very same car?" Josua was quick to reply, and explained the incentives they include in the price to arrive at such a low final number. We continued emailing, since I wanted to know as much as possible about how that number was arrived at. ("If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", as the saying goes!) He went so far into detail as to line-item every factor in the lease calculation, and even notified me of a few discounts no other dealer had mentioned to me! Had my local dealer not sourced the vehicle and matched the Lindsay VW offer, I would gladly have traveled the 400 miles to do business with them. Joshua was forthright and transparent in his communication, which was a refreshing change from the usual runaround customers expect from car dealerships. I can honestly say the Lindsay VW experience was so much better than at my local dealer here, I may deal directly with them next time I'm in the market and just deal with the travel! More
