Easiest experience with a dealership I have ever had. I have owned 4 VWs prior to buying my 5th (2016 VW Golf) from Lindsay VW of Dulles. I was looking for a new vehicle and was getting no help from deale I have owned 4 VWs prior to buying my 5th (2016 VW Golf) from Lindsay VW of Dulles. I was looking for a new vehicle and was getting no help from dealerships locally in Scranton, PA price-wise. I hopped on a few VW enthusiast pages in the area, and ended up posting in one for North Virginia. Joshua contacted me almost immediately, had numbers lower than any other dealer I had seen, and we got the process started. He was very helpful, timely, and had a great sense of urgency in regards to keeping me updated during the deal considering it was a long distance deal. Needless to say, during finalizing paperwork, my 2009 GTI broke, so I needed a vehicle and did not want to rent a vehicle. Joshua did not hesitate in this regard when I asked him if I could pick up my new Golf sooner than expected. He came in on his day off so I could travel 4.5 hours to Dulles to pick up my new VW. It was the lowest price I could find in a 5 hour radius, I was not pressured by finance PERIOD, and their paperwork was all ready to go by the time I got there. I was in and out in less than 2 hours including sitting around and talking about our VWs with Joshua. Being a previous car salesman, I am aware the job is stressful and hard to keep up with sometimes. I am not an easy sale, but Joshua understands the business very well and will ensure your vehicle buying process is as smooth as possible. The most painless experience you will have buying a car! I bought my 2014 GLI back in late April from Joshua Pidek and the experience was as easy as it could have possibly been. I almost bought a car from a separate dealer but immediately regretted going there as it wasn't as it was described. I then called Josh and told him that I wanted the vehicle that I had previously test driven, we signed some paperwork and left shortly after. This was by far the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I used to sell cars and still work in the sales field can confidently say that everything from interaction on the phone, to buying the car and even help after the purchase the experience is fantastic!
