Raj was very comfortable to have as a sales advisor. He was non-judgmental, didn't freak out during the spirited test drive, and was very honest about what he knew and didn't know about the vehicle. His positive attitude and attention to not wasting time, without being pushy, made the car buying process a good experience. Larry was very helpful in getting me the a great deal on financing, while being both patient and knowledgeable - answering any questions I had during the signing. I still need to get the car Maryland inspected to wrap up the entire process, but am confident that Raj and Larry will be as helpful and communicative as they have been thus far. Great job, guys! Ask For Mariya We were having a nightmare of a day. We were in line at the DMV and about 3 hours in, we got a call from our mechanic telling us that our car we drop We were having a nightmare of a day. We were in line at the DMV and about 3 hours in, we got a call from our mechanic telling us that our car we dropped off the day before had a blown engine and would need $5k in repairs. Yikes. We called Lindsay VW because we had a good experience the last time we were there. We got Mariya on the other end, who told us our car could still be used for a trade-in and would not need to be towed. When we got there, she greeted us with a much-needed positive energy. She walked the lot with us, took test drives until we found the right one. We ended the day with a fair trade in and a good deal on a Tiguan. Saved the day. Actually, it ended quite well...we love the car! We were vulnerable, but were not taken advantage of. I appreciate that. We'd go to Lindsay again in a heartbeat. More
