Our first impression of the dealership was its superb organization and state of the art facility that was very well maintained. We had fully worked out the price of the vehicle the day before and everything went as smooth as possible during the paperwork step, financing, and vehicle explanations, etc. Joshua has a great sense of humor and explained all the important aspects during the vehicle walk through. He is a long time VW owner and every enthusiastic about the brand. Joshua even gave us a ride to drop off our rental car when everything was done which exemplified A+ service.
