Now read on for all the gory details: Purchase Details: VW GTI; trim SE; Automatic; lighting package; White Exterior, Black Interior; 4 door; Reason for choosing this dealership: This is a volume dealership and they offered the best price in the area. I sent a request through trucar and got a prompt response from the manager. Buying Experience: Najeem Salimi was the primary point of contact while his manager, Jerry was around to help us out with options and some in-depth pricing/special offer related questions. Najeem was extremely friendly, patient and would allow me ample time to assimilate the information. He was not too pushy and did not go about throwing the typical "sales"ey pitches. I strongly recommend him for anyone visiting the dealership. Jerry and folks from the finance side too were extremely patient and were willing to go over all the minor details one by one. The overall price for which I purchased the GTI was "very" good based on my internet research. Couple of important positive points that I would like to shed light on : 1) Frequent follow-ups from Najeem until my recent 5k servicing. I cant remember the last time a salesman diligently followed up after signing the dotted line. 2) And unexpected refund of 250 dollars from Lindsay w.r.t documentation fee owing to some glitch in the original paperwork at the time of purchase. This is not something that I pursued or even knew about. I appreciate Lindsay for the follow-up. Pros: Entire buying experience. Cons: None. Note: Please spend extra time in understanding the numbers carefully. Especially, if you would like to use up any of the VW and VW Credit special offers. Do review VW website and obtain printouts of all the special offers. It might help expediting the purchase and cross checking the numbers listed at the dealership. Yet, i would like to reiterate that Lindsay's pricing is extremely competitive ( I spoke to fellow customers from other states visiting the dealership to purchase a car there).. Thanks, -S More

My wife purchased a Tiguan from them the week before and we made the 3 hr road trip back down to buy my Jetta. Worth the time and the prices they have listed straight on their website are better than another VW dealer you'll find. The customer service is the best I've experienced at a dealership, new or used. The prices are straight forward and they do not negotiate off the posted price "Which is on their website", so going in to try to get the price reduced isn't going to happen. This process is fair and doesn't waste your time haggling or being jerked around. I've seen a recent Negative comment about this dealership saying they were "quoted" a lower price elsewhere. Of course they never said the other dealerships name or their price or the model vehicle they were talking about....blah blah, most likely a bogus review trying to slander this dealership by another VW dealer who will not drop their prices to compete with Lindsay Volkswagen. Go to this dealerships website and there you will see the price, pretty simple. You won't be jerked around with a "E-Price" that turns into a email change of unanswered questions just trying to get you to drive into a dealership to get the actual price... waste of time having to physical drive to a dealer just for a price. Go to their website and you will see the price and realize they have the best prices and they are a wholesaler who deals with a much higher volume than any-other dealer I've seen. Mr. Chu walked us through each step and had me sold in no time and gave me a a very nice offer onmy 2007 Jetta in which I used as a trade in. He even fed us which really made me happy because I was hungry and I am not a petite guy. LOL. He even synced my cell phone to my Bluetooth and walked me through setting up my emergency service with the service operator. I just felt very comfortable and would totally recommend anyone to go buy a car at Lindsay.
