He answered all my questions, made suggestions and was very accommodating about test driving. The manager, Clint, made himself available and the finance manager, Laura was wonderful. We walked out of there feeling as though we really had the best car for our needs at a decent price. We have bought a lot of cars and I think this was the best buying experience I have had, primarily due to Simon. The service manager, Matt, introduced himself and explained how service visits work and about the same day service for small issues. It was really informative. Only issue was two 1 inch long shallow gouges near the trunk that had been kind of sloppily touched up with a darker blue than the car. Simon has arranged for the car to go into the body shop next week for repair, and my only issue is that it will take all week at the shop, maybe more. A long time to give up my new car, but if what they aim for is perfection, I appreciate that. Again, a terrific experience overall and I would highly recommend the dealership. More
