Pre-Own non VW vehicle purchase I have purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from this location. I have to mention that this location is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to I have purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from this location. I have to mention that this location is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I went there to check the vehicle with my wife and my daughter. I got a great feeling as soon as I walked in to the dealership because all of the workers were in happy moods. Happy staff means a lot to a company. There was a nice gentleman at the door to greet us and escorted us to the lounge area to wait. I have been helped by this great worker Al Sing. He tried his best to serve my needs. And not only trying he actually talked to his upper management and brought the vehicle's price that I wanted to pay. I honestly offered a very challenging offer and non of the other dealerships in VA or MD could help me with my needs. The dealership did so many extra work to restore the vehicle into a brand new state SUV to maintain their dealership standards, which is a great bonus for customers. Al has been helpful from the beginning to the end. I live in Maryland and I had to do the MD inspection which is very strict about everything. During the inspection they have suggested that I should have the front wheel break cleaned up well because of the rust. Linday VW Dulles is a great dealership. They have installed a brand new set of full breaks system to the front instead of cleaning up as a nice gesture and no fees. I could not have asked for more for a used vehicle purchase. Mr. Al Singh still checks on my vehicle time to time and he remembers everyone of you. That is something rare I have experienced from a dealership sales person. Because they deal with a lot of customers easily forget about you. All this care for a non VW vehicle first of all. I can only imagine how great it would be if I were to purchase a VW their own brand from them. I really recommend this dealership to everyone. It was really worth the drive from Maryland to VA to get a vehicle. I am still Thankful for the whole staff. More
