The same night, I decided to purchase the car and was helped by Blake Curtis with financing on the vehicle. After about a week of driving the car, I noticed the Clutch started slipping. I called Charles and made an appointment to bring the car in to have it looked it. I brought the car in and was introduced to one of the service advisors and managers, and also one of the technicians who drove with me to confirm the clutch issue I was having. After some conversations and consideration, Blake and I had come to the conclusion of the Dealer agreeing to pay and undisclosed amount of the bill to have the car fixed. There was also a TPMS issue that was taken care of at the same time, at no cost to me. I cannot thank Blake and Charles as well as the rest of the staff enough for my experience with them.
