Amazing Dealership I recently purchased a 2013 VW CC Sport from Lindsay VW and can undoubtedly say that the experience from start to finish was fantastic. I had the plea I recently purchased a 2013 VW CC Sport from Lindsay VW and can undoubtedly say that the experience from start to finish was fantastic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Derby who was extremely accommodating to everything that I requested. I went to the dealership to check out two different VW Passats and when I got there Bob had already set aside the two vehicles and welcomed me at the front door. He took me to see them and gave me ample time to play around with both vehicles before taking them out for a few test drives. After about an hour of feeling out the vehicles, a lot of insight from Bob and a painless price negotiation, I decided to make a purchase on the 2012 VW Passat SE. Bob allowed me to stop by the next day to do the paperwork and make the final purchase. Here's the part that made Bob Derby an All-Star. When I came back the following day after agreeing on a car and price, I decided that I wanted to check out one last vehicle, the 2013 VW CC Sport. He held the paperwork for the Passat, pulled the CC from a satellite lot and allowed me to play with it and test drive it on my own. When it came time for me to decide between the two vehicles he let me test drive the Passat one more time and included his own recommendation on which vehicle would be a better fit for me. At the end of the day, I traded in my vehicle at fair value and was driving off the lot as a proud owner of a 2013 VW CC Sport. For anyone looking into a new vehicle, I highly recommend Lindsay VW and please request Bob Derby as your sales associate. Also, if Larry Schiro is available on the day of your purchase, I recommend that you request him for your financing needs. Best Car Dealership Experience I Ever Had I recently decided to check in at Lindsay VW on my multi-stop research expedition for a used car. I did all my homework and narrowed down my choice t I recently decided to check in at Lindsay VW on my multi-stop research expedition for a used car. I did all my homework and narrowed down my choice to 4 completely different makes/models, one of which was a VW GTI. Alfonso Monteverde greeted me at the door with a handshake and offered my wife and me a soft drink. Alfonso talked me out of more expensive models that were beyond what I really would have wanted to pay for, and helped me find the right car. Alfonso clearly understands the business, and the negative results inherent in being pushy and upselling. He even took me to the service department to ask straightforward maintenance questions to the people who work with these vehicles every day. Turns out that almost everyone I spoke with also owns a GTI, and have been repeat owners. I left the dealership that day with a brand new GTI for the budget I set myself on a used one, and find myself driving one of the most fun vehicles I've ever owned. I have since been contacted by Alfonso to ensure I am still happy with my purchase decision and my experience at Lindsay VW, and as I told Alfonso, I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks! More
