That is the definition of loyalty. In an industry where sales people come and go (probably within a year), the fact the Lindsay retains good sales people like Joe and Joe treats his customers with respect and personal care says a lot about the integrity of this dealership operation. My last transaction (last week) was the best car buying experience I have ever had. And I have bought - probably - 20 cars over the past 25 years. My kids and I were personally welcomed by the Sales Manager when we arrived, and the waiting area kept them quite entertained. As a side note, you have to see the '59 Beetle if you are a car enthusiast! Joshua knows the inventory, and he brings a low-pressure approach to the buying experience. I think he enjoyed my new car as much as I did. The finance team was able to close my deal quickly on a very busy day.
