I have to say up front that this is THE BEST DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM!! I was not planning on buying my second VW Beetle yet. I was searching around for a purchase in the next six months. After seeing how fast Beetles are going right now, I started some serious shopping to not miss out on the one that I want and dealt with about 5 different dealerships between 3 states. After trying to get dealers to price match, to include my local dealer who I bought from the last time, Lindsay’s initial quote and their customer service beat all of the 5 dealers. I was not going to purchase right now because I am disabled for a few more weeks, but they gave me an awesome deal and also assisted me in making the deal happen while I was unable to drive. Once the car was delivered, my salesman, Simon Chu, took lots of time with no rush to help me set everything up in my car and connecting the aps with my phone. He was very thorough. Also, I had great service from my salesman and a couple of the sales managers who took interest in making the trade and sale seamless and effortless from the start and after the sale. Simon was available to answer all questions that I had after the purchase and went above and beyond to assist me. I live in North Carolina, about 6 hours away from Lindsay. They definitely have me as a return customer when I am ready for my next purchase and my highest recommendation for my friends who live in the MD/VA area. Best Dealer in the area I been wanting a GTI Volkswagen for the longest time. I saw online that they had multiple GTI in my price range. I had owned a number of VW products in the past and was interested in joining the family again. The Golf R was to be a daily-use vehicle for me, and I was interested in learning more. Upon pulling into the dealership, Joshua Jay greeted me in the parking lot and took a good amount of time to discuss the vehicle with me, as we chatted in the parking lot. We moved to his office and reviewed some additional information. I felt extremely comfortable and informed upon leaving the dealership and planned on staying in touch. Eventually I placed an order with Joshua for the vehicle, and he kept in constant contact with me regarding the status of my allocation. As cars came in, he would be very proactive in reaching out and following up. I had some concerns regarding some of the diesel news that broke and he put those worries to bed as well. Once a suitable car came in, Joshua made the final purchasing and delivery process as smooth as I've ever experienced.
