First time buying a car wasn't annoying. Martin Ernst, was our salesperson. We drove what we wanted, as many times as we wanted. He had no pressure tactics. He was realistic and refreshing. I've been trying to buy a car from other dealers for over a month. Dulles motor cars in Leesburg tried to add an additional $8,ooo in taxes and fees on 2 cars I was going to buy. I left. Fair Oaks Jeep had me on my way down and sold the car they wanted me to buy. Jerry's Ford in Leesburg literally could not find any of their 5 brand new cars on the lot that I was contacted to come down and test drive. Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg salesperson told me he would go double check options on 2 of his vehicles and call me back in 5-10 minutes. He called back 2 days later. Out of principal I would never buy a pack of gum from those other dealerships, let alone a vehicle. I appreciate all of the free coffees I've enjoyed and the practice I was able to have on being a narcissistic person, however all I really was looking for was a fuel efficient car. I knew I was going to buy a car as soon as I started dealing with Marty. I didn't know which one and he didn't try to pressure me into making a decision. When I said to give me your best price on 3 vehicles, that's what they did. I don't like cars, but I like getting good deals and that is what I feel like happened. I'm not sure why this dealership is not like most I've been to. I'm not sure why or how they still have a soul. There was a clear difference in the breeds of human beings I've dealt with in the car buying world over the past month, and if you don't have hope of leaving, wanting to kill someone, I'd suggest you give, Marty, at this dealership a moment of your time. More
