I arrived without an appointment, but Marty took great care of me. He was very patient and committed to helping me go home with a great vehicle. I had intended to check out two other VW dealerships (Stohlman and Alexandria) before making a final decision, but it was a no-brainer. The vehicle they offered was the whole package: only two years old, low mileage, great warranty...And what really sold me: No B.S.!!! Being a young woman with honestly no idea what I was doing I thought I would get worked with add-on fees, but Marty and his supervisor Blake were very straight-forward. They showed me their numbers, asked what I wanted my ideal out-the-door price to be, I told them, they worked the numbers and helped me get a great deal! Why Buy Anywhere Else?????? I saw a 2012 Golf on AutoTrader that interested me so I contacted Lindsay and was put in touch with Charles Ving Nguyen. Due to my busy work schedule I saw a 2012 Golf on AutoTrader that interested me so I contacted Lindsay and was put in touch with Charles Ving Nguyen. Due to my busy work schedule and the fact that I'm from Pittsburgh, Pa., almost all of the negotiating on terms had to be done via the web and a few phone calls. He and Blake Curtis were GREAT!!!!! With no money down, they told me that they would hold the car for me until I was able to get down to complete the purchase. Blake offered his "snooze and cruise" option to me so that I could drive down after work on Friday, complete the transaction Saturday AM, and be on the road as quickly as possible. Together with Brian Thomas, they had me headed back to Pittsburgh in two hours time. Like I said, why would anyone buy from anyone other than Lindsay and the professionals who work there. The car was exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle and took the time to show me all of the features before I drove it. The car drove nice and smooth and I quickly decided it was the one I wanted. Once we got back to the dealership he started working on the numbers and had prices for me right away. After a quick back and forth we struck a deal and shook on it. I found myself in the finance office pretty quickly and met with Laura to go over the final details and sign the paperwork. The whole buying process moved along quite fast. It only took 15 minutes from when I walked through the door to get into the vehicle for a test drive and about 2.5 hours to complete the purchase. Joe spent some more time getting me familiar with the vehicle and its features before I drove home in my brand new car.
