Clyde Htoon was very helpful and knowledgeable as we looked at a wide variety of vehicles, from base model Jettas to loaded CC's and Tiguans. He answered every question we had and took the time to explain the differences between models as well as the certification process and what that covered. With Clyde's explanations and the broad selection of vehicles at Lindsay, we decided to close the deal right there on a sweet, low-mileage, loaded Jetta GLI. That's where the excellent experience continued with Larry Schiro in financing (as well as the 'back office' folks who took care of appraising our trade-in). Another smooth, hassle-free experience, with detailed explanations of the process, paperwork, and our options. Paperwork signed, trade-in transferred, new plates on...total time, from first stepping on the lot, through considering 10 or so vehicles, test driving 3 of them, to driving home in our awesome GLI, was maybe 4 hours, if that...and that was mostly us figuring out what we wanted. Clyde, Larry, and the Lindsay team were quick and efficient with their parts of the process. As noted in the title: great experience, great dealership! More
