If Jerry wants to speak to me, he has the first note I sent to him the evening of August 24. Additionally, Mr Weinstein and Mr Borak also know who to refer him to. I'm not sure why it is incumbant on me to reach out again. It seems like the offended customer would have been contacted sooner by Lindsay management. Maybe a letter of apology and a reassurance that they paid attention to the complaint. By the way, I sent the original complaint to Mr Holloway and to Mr Checkan. Neither of them replied because they clearly don't care about retaining loyal customers. Maybe they never apologized because Lindsay encourages their sales staff to,treat customers poorly and smooth them over. Is Jerry and Checkan that busy? Do they usually have their customers beg several times for an apology before they contact them? This is twisted. Look, I don't want a discount or some kind of deal. I bought a car and am not in the market to buy another. I just expected a response and for someone to tell Mr Weinstein to treat his customers with respect. I have recieved better response from fast food restaurants.
