Davit Simikyan has been my constant point of contact for this purchase and not only wa I really don't have a bad word to say about my experience here. Davit Simikyan has been my constant point of contact for this purchase and not only was he a delight to work with in person but he was also very considerate of my needs when I had to take a break from the car purchasing process for the last month. He didn't bombard me with emails and phone calls like other salesman did. When I contacted the dealership again he was very accommodating and the whole process from test drive to signing the paperwork was completed in under three hours. As an aside, Davit makes brilliant coffee as well ;-) I wasn't able to drive the car home that day and he delivered it on my schedule to our house in pristine condition. I've never been in such a clean car! The Finance Department was similarly comfortable and accommodating. Laura Salcedo handled my sale and whilst she did present me with all the options for protection packages she was very considerate when I demurred. I couldn't swing the additional expense and she didn't make me feel uncomfortable by pressing the issue. When I stopped back by to drop off the balance of my payment, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. This whole experience has been a refreshing surprise and I'm delighted to be able to add myself to their list of satisfied customers. Not Impressed I have traded-in two cars and bought two cars from here. The first trade-in and bought car wasn't too bad. They low balled me on my trade-in but I g I have traded-in two cars and bought two cars from here. The first trade-in and bought car wasn't too bad. They low balled me on my trade-in but I got a decent car in return for a fair market price. The second trade-in was better but the sales person lied about the vehicle being bought. They will tell you what you want to hear and it's hard to validate that when it's a brand new car. I would encourage to buy a year or two old, so you can see what others are experiencing with the car before buying it. A brand new car burning oil so much you have to carry a gallon jug of oil around with you is unacceptable, especially when you are guaranteed buy the sales person that the car you're buying has very minimal maintenance except for coming in every 10K miles for routine maintenance. You can bring it in for a "oil consumption test" but they will lie about how much oil your car really consumed when your car continuously indicates every 4K miles that you are about 1.25 quarts low and tells you to stop and add oil. Even showed them a photo of what I was experiencing and brought it in with the indicator on to show them. I never had a car in my life that couldn't make it to it's routine maintenance window. Lindsay VW or VW corporate won't do anything to make things right. My next car will NOT be bought at Lindsay VW and it will NOT be a VW. The EPA hack just goes to show you how scandalous VW is, blindsiding consumers. More
