6 times I take my truck for service and I get nothing done they’re all scam done they’re all scam More
We recently acquired a vehicle from this dealership and have identified an inconsistency within our contract. Today, we visited the establishment to meet with a manager in hopes of clarifying whether the e have identified an inconsistency within our contract. Today, we visited the establishment to meet with a manager in hopes of clarifying whether the error lies with us or with the dealership. Sales Manager Johann Soriano met with us after the Finance Manager declined our request for a discussion. While Mr. Soriano was not able to articulate the financial details clearly, he exhibited defensive and aggressive behavior, screaming at us, stating that there was nothing unlawful in the contract. He further asserted that if we were accusing him of wrongdoing, he would terminate the conversation and request that "get out" of his dealership, threatening to involve law enforcement if necessary before aggressively hitting the table in front of us. This exchange occurred in the waiting area, amidst numerous customers and employees. Such conduct is inexcusable, particularly when our sole intention was to review the contract for clarification. I am not satisfied with the service that I received when I arrived, I was told to go to door #2 the man there sent me to a mechanic then advise me to buy parts for my AC then when I came back the next day I arrived, I was told to go to door #2 the man there sent me to a mechanic then advise me to buy parts for my AC then when I came back the next day the mechanic that was going to fix my air condition was absent from work so I got a refund but the service guy took a $180 out for diagnostic which was unfair because I did not receive.
