The last two times I had my vehicle in Hunter is the person I dealt with. Prior to that the person we had did a very poor job helping us with our issue in fact blaming the issue on us. I after secveral person I dealt with. Prior to that the person we had did a very poor job helping us with our issue in fact blaming the issue on us. I after secveral weeks attempted to bring the vehicle back in and this time we dealt with Hunter. He assured us he knew exactly what the issue was and the problem was fixed. Lets just say Hunter when above and beyond to make it right that day. Prior to that we had Toyota Care on speed dial. We have not had any more issues. This time although it was just regular service I was pleased to see Hunter was taking care of our vehicle. The man is very Professional, Courteous and generally cares about the customer and getting it right the first time. He is a true asset to your dealership. More

Everything was good until I got home and realized the tech(s) did not replace my valve stem caps which matched my rims. I stopped by the dealership to tell them they replaced them with a different cap th tech(s) did not replace my valve stem caps which matched my rims. I stopped by the dealership to tell them they replaced them with a different cap that does not match my rims rather than getting the ones that were removed from my car during service. This was the only detractor to the service that was provided. More
