I have only had my cars serviced at Lipton since moving to Florida 13 years ago. I have total confidence in their knowledge and they are honest and do not suggest repairs you don't need. Andy the supervisor very helpful. Very clean and safe place if you need to wait. Coffee, clean restrooms and shuttles. Could not be better. Best service department ever. More
I did not get good service, first of all the person that waited on me was a little bit rude, secondly, I asked to check the rear passenger door, cause it doesn’t open from the inside, it wasn’t checked, thi waited on me was a little bit rude, secondly, I asked to check the rear passenger door, cause it doesn’t open from the inside, it wasn’t checked, thirdly. I don’t think to check the battery because the following day I had no battery and I had to go change the battery so no and also the guy that waited on me told me I could get the shuttle car ride to my home but they could not pick me up and then when I talk to the driver of the shuttle, he told me oh I would have no problem in picking you up. I don’t know why he said that so no it was not a good experience. More
Just confused have my chr serviced by toyato where is was bought (friend) I have free tires . I had a nail in tire was told its not repairable but my free tires won't be honored at lipton so I paid 200 plus bought (friend) I have free tires . I enjoyed coming here in the past but this time the wait time was way too long. I feel that this center overbooks appointments (considering the amount of technicians available). Got there for 9am appointm time was way too long. I feel that this center overbooks appointments (considering the amount of technicians available). Got there for 9am appointment and left at 12pm (tire rotation, oil change and fix battery terminal). Also, I am sick of being asked to trade-in my car (I don’t want to) and it makes me want to find another place to do my car maintenance. More
What was expected to be a 2 hour service call, turned into a 48 hour event. After the work was done, I had to bring the car in the next day again to repair the front console that fell apart after work w into a 48 hour event. No offer was given to wash my car or vacuum the interior. The repair people left bits of coated wire and tape on the floor of my vehicle. Lipton Toyota used to be better at customer service. More
