I always have a great experience here but I did ask my service advisor to give me a quote on new rims & tires & he never called which resulted in me getting them somewhere else and Toyota lost out on 1500 service advisor to give me a quote on new rims & tires & he never called which resulted in me getting them somewhere else and Toyota lost out on 1500.00 so he needs to be more on top of what a customer ask More

I love the car that I bought. .the service was mediocre, lots going on when I was there.
