Andy is usually my service rep and I can understand why he is now the manager because he is a great guy. However I came in for a visit and he recommended me to paul, I must say the most incompetent and lac he is now the manager because he is a great guy. However I came in for a visit and he recommended me to paul, I must say the most incompetent and lack of knowledge person for the job I told him I needed the 10,000 mile oil change service. Apparently he did what he wanted and gave me just a tire rotation now I check my receipt today I saw it was only a tire rotation and I’m still in need of an oil change service. Now I have to go back to dealer and be there for another half of day to get this done again. Time is of the essence and this service rep just wasted my entire time on my last visit More
