I had the worst experience ever and will never ever go back to lipton again.. A friendly, helpful and honest dealership and a good experience. Aggressive on the sales end of things. As a result, I was never asked what I needed or wanted in a vehicle. They offered clear and concise information about cars they had on hand. I would have been interested in hearing about the all the options/features available from Toyota. It would have been helpful had the primary sales people given me their name and phone number or email to make it easier to reach them after leaving the dealership . My deal was efficiency handled and they made sure all the details were taken care of properly. They provided me with a lot of time saving tips as well. I am delighted with this vehicle which is even better than described or expected. Overall, Lipton is a good dealership with friendly, well-informed staff. They are quite busy but produce good results in the end. More
