Didn’t do what was required. There’s no way you could’ve observed a leak in my vehicle without my car going through the car wash as stated on my service paperwork. My vehicle wasn’t washed until after I cashed out. I came in for service because my service light was on and was approaching servicing mileage. The paper work said I requested oil change. What exactly did you check for? My front wipers were performing excellent before I came in. They were changed recently. I know I wasn’t with my regular service guy but even still customer service has gone down the drain. Think about your loved ones. Treat people’s possessions as you would like your own to be treated. I only come here because I’m still under warranty. What did I wait 2 hrs for? More
