Unless you want to refund a portion of what I paid, I don’t see what would turn things around. I have already had the hybrid battery replaced with a lifetime warranty for less than half of what Lipton wanted, and it is with a much greener solution in the form of a reconditioned battery that has a considerably lower carbon footprint.
