I chose this place because it was close to my house. I had a 10 AM appointment. When I got there, there were no signs indicating where to go. I parked my car in the service drive, and walked inside. When I asked one of the service advisors, he looked at me incredulously, and said, “just wait out there for someone to help you.” The person who checked me in was very pleasant, and told me to go to door number three. I waited for another 15 minutes there before anyone acknowledged my existence. The person who came to me was named Juan. He told me it would be 2 to 3 hours, and if I wanted a ride home, I could sit on the chairs outside. I told him yes, signed in on the little book, and sat down in the chair. About 25 minutes later, I was still sitting in the chair, and I could’ve walked home in that time. When nobody could explain why two courtesy shuttles were sitting there with nobody going anywhere, I walked home. When the three hours was up, I waited another half hour and called. It was another hour behind that before anyone called me back. So what was promised at 2 to 3 hours was 4 1/2 hours, and the only thing that was getting done was hooking it up to a diagnostic machine for which I was charged $150. I would not recommend Lipton Toyota to anyone ever. More
