I got the worst costumer service from my advisor Alesk Coker when I asked him for more details about a service that I requested. He was rude and insulting and and stated that the prices were based primar Coker when I asked him for more details about a service that I requested. He was rude and insulting and and stated that the prices were based primarily on expertise and that I was out of place for my inquiries. He made my experience with Lipton Toyota so bad that opted not to commit to the 110 miles service and I got the bare minimum oil change instead. My experience with Lipton Toyota has always been great up to this point and I have referred people to you but the treatment that I received leaves me no choice but to choose a different service center for my next service, where costumers are treated with more respect . Not only did they try to charge me for an oil change when I get to the cashier. When I have service plan for up to 100,000 miles on a 2021 truck but I'm top of that they lie about prices upfront for thi when I get to the cashier. When I have service plan for up to 100,000 miles on a 2021 truck but I'm top of that they lie about prices upfront for things like windshield wipers and say the won't charge for service to add them and charge my almost triple what they quoted me on. Last time i will go to this place and I advise no one to there and to specially stay away from Robert Stanisich. Lastly, when i called and ask for a customer service, complain department they gav me some BS Toyota finance number More
