Two separate service appointments with significant service-related issues. During the first appointment with my car (2020 Corolla), I requested a tire rotation. Two lug nuts were either not placed or service-related issues. During the first appointment with my car (2020 Corolla), I requested a tire rotation. Two lug nuts were either not placed or were losely placed on two separate wheels. I noticed this while refueling after driving 150+ miles immediately after the service visit. The second issue was this week with my SUV (2022 Corolla Cross) where I requested a tire rotation, but it was not performed. The service summary indicated the rotation was performed. I know this because I told the tech at check-in that one of the tires had a nail in a spot on the tire that could not be plugged and that the tire pressure was low. When I picked the vehicle, the tire pressure was corrected, but the tire with the nail was still in same rear passenger position. More
