I got the worst costumer service from my advisor Alesk Coker when I asked him for more details about a service that I requested. He made my experience with Lipton Toyota so bad that opted not to commit to the 110 miles service and I got the bare minimum oil change instead. Not only did they try to charge me for an oil change when I get to the cashier. When I have service plan for up to 100,000 miles on a 2021 truck but I'm top of that they lie about prices upfront for thi when I get to the cashier.
