Made an appt at 7:30am for an oil change and I got there at 7:15. I was told it would only take an hour which I expected, HOWEVER they started working on my car until 9:45! Ended up getting out of there by at 7:15. I was told it would only take an hour which I expected, HOWEVER they started working on my car until 9:45! Ended up getting out of there by 10:30am. THREE HOUR wait for a service that had an appt for 7:30. What’s the point?! On top of that while waiting many other service advisors had loud mouths with brash personalities and little professionalism. It’s worst than the flea market in there. Even other customers were yelling and criticizing the employees. Very uncomfortable place to be. They clearly don’t care about anyone. You can tell the employees think Toyota is a great brand because of reliability and so many people buy them, and they use this to their advantage to treat everyone like garbage. Lipton Toyota is just straight corruption! More

The service rep was very nice and professional. I have been a customer since purchasing my 2008 Toyota Tundra from the Lipton dealership and when I brought it in for an oil change…the service rep t I have been a customer since purchasing my 2008 Toyota Tundra from the Lipton dealership and when I brought it in for an oil change…the service rep told me they couldn’t check the engine light and four other lights that were displaying on the vehicle without charging me $150 to plus in the diagnostic code reader. Incredibly poor policy to an existing customer who has been using Lipton for over ten years. More
