I brought my fleet vehicle in for an oil change which took over 2 hours to complete and I had an appointment and then they wouldn’t give me the vehicle back until I paid out of my pocket. I tried explain took over 2 hours to complete and I had an appointment and then they wouldn’t give me the vehicle back until I paid out of my pocket. I tried explaining it was a fleet vehicle and I have had it serviced at Lipton numerous times and that they just need to bill Merchants Fleet and I could get them the phone number if needed. But, apparently I was annoying the cashier as she responded Merchants doesn’t have an account and I needed to pay or get out of the line. So now at this point I am almost 4 hours into a single oil change because no one at Lipton cares and now I am trying to figure out how to get my corporate credit card reimbursed as you can’t just randomly send checks to a company. I don’t mind that it was not straight forward and may have taken a little bit to straighten out but to treat me like a criminal trying to get over on you or generally just a nuisance. I do assume your cashier was having a horrible day and that is why she was not helpful at all or she has the worst customer service skills ever More
