This last visit will most likely be my last. My last interaction with Service advisor Juan C. was not pleasant. He accused me of lying to his colleague about addressing an alignment concern. I had a great experience with the service advisor and getting my battery changed on time. I was transported to and from my job and that was so convenient. It was not allowed, therefore I had to inconvenience my husband to get to the dealership in the middle of the day to help me pay for my service.
