2.5 hour wait to have Tire rotation w an oil change. Even though I had an appointment. Left dealership and within 1-2 miles I felt car pulling to one side. Found tire pressures for a change. Found tire pressures for all tires as follow 42, 49, 55 and 59 PSI 😳 when all tires should be at 33psi. How does any technician or mechanic do such a gross and dangerous error? More

Usually I have an amazing experience but this time was not too good. The person who was handling my paperwork initially was very rude and passive aggressive.
