Big turnover in Personnel. I used to have a relationship with my service person. My wife and I puchased the vehicle in 2016 from Toyota of Hollywood, Took the car there for one service item. After that expereince of continually asking to upgrade the car, I felt like a potential prey as t Hollywood, Took the car there for one service item. Since my son had purchased a FRS from your sales staff I immediately took a liking to the sales person. AFter that experince, I started taking our Avalon to Lipton ever since. Your Service Managers are top notch. Alesk has helped me on a few occasions. Our last visit was outstanding. Alesk definitely has been taught well to ensure that the Customer will be taken care of! Professionals like Alesk need to be taken care of by Toyota. Hard to find professionals that are consistent. Kudos to Alesk and your entire Service Staff!! More
