I arrived for my appointment and was directed to Juan Curillo's desk. Juan at the time was trying to eat his lunch. Unfortunately for him he had to drop eating his lunch to take care of his client's as n Curillo's desk. Juan at the time was trying to eat his lunch. Unfortunately for him he had to drop eating his lunch to take care of his client's as no one was covering his desk. He came back and more than efficiently to care of his client's. He apologized to each of us for the short wait. I explained to him that it was not a problem. Although I am retired now I explained I had been in his very same situation many times before and thoroughly understood. Although this was my first interaction with Juan. Watching him as he handled each client, and actually defending one of his clients with the Service Tech, who had not done what was supposed to be done to expeditiously taking care of myself and two others I would consider Juan and asset to Lipton Toyota's Service Department. Thanks again Juan Job Well Done ! More
