Regular service is fair and honest. Upcharges occur when they find a “problem” and I’m not sure if it’s a necessity or not. Also, I’m not sure if the price is good. But at this point they have you over a barrel, so I agree to the repairs , or in this case, the rear brake pads replacement. All in all, they do the work quickly and you get your car back in a timely manner. Much faster than the independent mechanic. More

Had to bring my car in for a repair that was not done properly and had to bring it back the next day for the same issue only to be told th Gutierrez. I’ll be buying a new Highlander in the future because I like the vehicle. But it won’t be from Lipton. It’s really a shame how the dealership has declined. But it is what it is! More

Service manager was very rude after I tried explaining I had to take my car elsewhere to have the problem corrected I was not trying to ask for a refund just an explanation of my experience. My car was taken in for fifty thousand miles service the agent write oil chsnge in my twenty years of using Lipton I have never taken my vehicle for an oil change I was reprimanded by the service manager for not reading the job card before signing. This I pointed out to the agent as he had twice wrote oil change when I came to service the vehicle and was assured the vehicle would be serviced as they did do the various checks. Your service manager is very rude and should be fired. I had to loudly put him in his place as he was very disrespectful. More
