Every employee we came into contact is great. More over she assigned the same service consultant who took good care of us 18 months ago. The curbside receiver of the car was thorough. Our service consultant, Alesk C was as nice as ever. I have a 2018 that was up for two recalls. I made a scheduled appointment to fix them. On the scheduled date, I dropped my car off only to be told an hour after it there were no parts ready. This was my first time in your service center. Customer service was excellent. My only complaint is : I have never been to a service center with no coffee machine. I would like the option. This may sound petty but when you are somewhere with an estimate wait time of 1 1/2 hours I would like the option of coffee :) I’m not walking across Oakland Park Blvd to Dunkin’ . Please put in a coffee machine. All of your coffee lovin’ customer will give you 5 stars after that! More
