After not hearing anything from Lipton Toyota for a week, I drove myself to the dealership and showed them the missing hubcap. They quickly apologized for the lack of communication and provided a replacement hubcap. I wish it had been handled more efficiently but in the end I was made whole. It took more steps than should have been necessary but I am now satisfied with their effort.
