Up to my last service on Monday, I thought Lipton Toyota was the best dealership ever. On Monday I had a different experience when Andy lied not only on my receipt, but in the computer about my car, pulling was the best dealership ever. First of all, they need to clean out their display cases. Second, I brought my Scion in for a potentially dangerous electrical issue. After waiting 3 hours, they told me there was nothing wrong with the car or electrical system, even though it had several times shut the car down and locked the steering mid drive. Then they proceeded to try to sell me some fuel injection cleaner that had nothing to do with the electrical. They had no offers or suggestions about the problem, and seemed generally bothered that I kept asking about the problem I came there for. Then ignoring and minimizing the danger of the problem I was having, to try to sell me some service I don’t need was beyond sleezey and tone deaf. The next day, Sunday, I went to my local Subaru dealer and bought a brand new car there. I’m done with Toyota. More
