I think it is a trustworthy organization with some issues maybe needing improvement. I’ve been a customer for at least 8 years and I purchased my Camry there. Andrew Gutierrez, the current service manager, u maybe needing improvement. I’ve been a customer for at least 8 years and I purchased my Camry there. Andrew Gutierrez, the current service manager, used to be my chosen service rep. He was excellent. Andrew recommended Alesk Coker as a replacement service rep because of his probably having a similar personality which I would be comfortable with. I need to know what is wrong before changes are made and I also being on limited income I perform simple tasks myself (i.i. air filters, ant the like). There was some confusion between me and another customer whose vehicle had a lot of issues and I was upset for a bit but it all go straightened out with the help of Andrew I suspect. At any rate, Alesk apologized to me for the confusion and everything is now just fine. Thanks for asking my opinion. Bob DeBellis More
It was quick and easy. Terrible experience. Service person told me i didnt understand how i should be looking at their yet new issue which was going to cost me $1300. I explained that i understood return on investment but he said i didnt and that i should look at it how he was telling me to look at it. I have spent almost $7000 in the last 6 months on my 2013 Prius. He became passive aggressive and shut me down. He did the same thing when i came to pick up the car. This experience, when combined with my horrific experience at this dealership a couple months back when looking to purchase a new car, clearly cemented my position that i will NEVER do business with this dealership. I would rather switch brands than purchase a car or repair my existing Toyota with Lipton. If i could give 0 stars i would. More
Kai is awesome! But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engi But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engine mounts were broken and needed replaced. So I had that done, but then the next day I noticed the AC was still rumbling. So I guess they forgot or neglected to look into the AC issue. No I have to bring the car back to see what's going on with the AC and I really wish they would have done that back when I brought the car in two weeks ago as now I have to make another trip over to Lipton and spend more time there when this could have been addressed when I brought the car in the first time More
