The salesman from whom I purchased my vehicle made filling my tank with gasoline, which he put in writing, at each service part of the sale. I agreed. The salesman refuses to do this now. On a previous repair, the Service Department refused to honor a $50.00 off coupon they mailed to me. It took me ten minutes of discussion /argument to get them to honor it. After honoring the coupon, they tried to charge an additional $35.00 in sales tax to which they weren’t entitled. No business may charge sales tax twice on the same bill for same job. It took an additional 10 minutes of discussion/argument to get them to remove the charge. They only removed it after I informed them I’d file an official complaint with the Florida Department of Revenue. More

The service center is run very efficiently and professionally. I have consistently carried my Toyotas here for service since 2015. The service advisors are great. My complaint is the men who first greet me at my car and the sales men who solicit the waiting area. The men who first come to the car need to keep conversations professional.
