The service for my car was good but the lady (Marta) was very rude and absolutely not helpful or nice at all. I was basically pushed into the RAV4 this renewal because there were no cars available. I have been a two Toyota family for the past 10+ years and been satisfied until this year! I will think long and hard about continuing my relationship with Lipton! More
