Disappointed that the defective interior molding by driver door is not covered, it's a brand new 2019 model and it keeps falling off .The fact they want me to pay to replace a defective piece on a bran driver door is not covered, it's a brand new 2019 model and it keeps falling off .The fact they want me to pay to replace a defective piece on a brand new car pretty much tells you all you need to know about the service at Lipton toyota More

Outstanding service every time I take my car there. This visit my battery was dead, even though I didn’t have an appointment I was in & out quickly. There is not a sense that you are appreciated as a customer. The valet people are not polite or personable. They barely speak and seemed disinterested in the customer. The service took a long time des customer. The valet people are not polite or personable. They barely speak and seemed disinterested in the customer. The service took a long time despite having an appointment. The odor in the waiting area is overwhelming. This dealership does not wash cars that are brought in for service as other dealerships do. That would be nice. if not for the service being covered under my new car plan and this being the closest dealership to me, I would not choose to go here. This is my first Toyota vehicle and I doubt I would purchase another. I am satisfied with the vehicle but not with my overall experience when purchasing the vehicle or each of the times I have brought it for service. More
