The Assistant Service Manager Onix Morales assisted me with my scheduled maintenance appointment. Onex answered all my questions, had the Parts Department look up a part for my vehicle and provide me with with my scheduled maintenance appointment. I also would like to point out the service valet for taking the time to have my vehicle washed. I just moved back to Florida and will continue to service my vehicle with Lipton Toyota. The dealership and the service department is a pleasant place to visit but for it to take one and one half 1-1/2 hours to rotate the tires I won't be going back there even if it is free with a new car purc place to visit but for it to take one and one half 1-1/2 hours to rotate the tires I won't be going back there even if it is free with a new car purchase my time is more valuable than paying someone $25-$30 to rotate the tires.
