After waiting approximately for (4) four hours, I checked status and went to ask service manager what's the stat Incompetent and Horrible experience! I said was just passing by and inquiring on status and didn't bother until 6pm rolled around and I came back saw may car had not moved even though he said "there working on it" I pointed to him that my car still there. Then he left and came back and apologized after waiting 4 hrs and told me that the technician had left and I need to bring it back another day! I was looking for a dealer to service my car but after this frustrating experience I would reconsider going back there! I'm a new Toyota buyer! Warning! More
