A simple oil change which I had an appointment for took over 4 hours. I dropped my vehicle off during my lunch break and it wasn’t ready until after 5. Matt was the specialist who assisted me and he was no over 4 hours. I dropped my vehicle off during my lunch break and it wasn’t ready until after 5. Matt was the specialist who assisted me and he was not very helpful. He was not at his desk when I arrived and i had to wait over 20 minutes for him to arrive. I had to call the shuttle service myself so that I could be picked up from work in order to pick up the car. When I arrived, the car was not even ready yet. I was furious leaving the dealer. It doesn’t take over 4 hours to do an oil change with appointment!!!!!! More
