I give 0 stars to Litchfield Ford customer service and product reliability for my 2015 Escape, which I bought from them with an extended warranty. Over the course of the past nine months, my transmission product reliability for my 2015 Escape, which I bought from them with an extended warranty. Over the course of the past nine months, my transmission failed twice while driving on busy roads, leaving me stranded. When I asked about a loaner car, I had to wait days and pay for a rental car with my own money. When I asked about the repair timeframe, I was told that customers with appts get priority. Our family have always been fans of Ford. Those days are over. Shame on Litchfield Ford! More
